You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided production has not started. Please contact our support team immediately via phone or WhatsApp for assistance.

We accept PDF, AI, PSD, PNG, and JPG files. For best results, we recommend high-resolution PDF files (300 DPI or higher) with 3mm bleed on all sides. Our team will check your file before printing.

Minimum order quantities vary by product. For business cards, the minimum is 100 pieces. For brochures and flyers, the minimum is 50 pieces. Please check the product page for specific quantities.

Standard delivery within Erbil takes 1–2 business days. For other cities in Iraq, delivery takes 2–4 business days. Express same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 10:00 AM in Erbil.

Currently, we deliver to all major cities across Iraq. International shipping is not available at this time, but we are working to expand our delivery coverage soon.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can also log into your account and check the status of your order from the My Orders section.

We accept FIB (First Iraqi Bank), TBI (Trade Bank of Iraq), SWITCH card, and cash on delivery. Online payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.

Yes, all online payments are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways. We never store your card information. Your financial data is fully protected at all times.

Refunds are available if your order has a printing defect or damage caused by us. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue. Design errors on your part are not eligible for refund.

UV printing uses ultraviolet light to dry ink instantly, resulting in vibrant colors, sharp details, and a high-gloss finish. UV-printed products are more durable, scratch-resistant, and water-resistant compared to standard printing.

We offer a wide range of paper weights from 150gsm to 700gsm depending on the product. Business cards are typically printed on 350gsm or 700gsm Inderboard for a premium, professional feel.

Yes, for large orders we offer a digital proof for your approval before printing begins. Physical proofs are also available for an additional fee. Please request this at the time of ordering.
